The Village of North Palm Beach Police Department has partnered with Off Duty Management to coordinate and manage the hiring of off-duty police officers.

To request off-duty officers, customers may use Off Duty Management’s web-based service, OfficerTRAK®, by clicking here or by calling 561-325-7606.

Through Off Duty Management, customers receive:

• Online access to job information and real-time status updates through the OfficerTRAK® system

• Full liability coverage

• 24/7 customer support via a dedicated agency phone line (561-325-7606)

• Dedicated points of contact for scheduling and invoicing

Three Hours Minimum per Request

Holiday Rate

The holiday rate will apply to the following days

• New Year's Day (January 1)
• Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Third Monday in January)
• Presidents Day (Third Monday in February)
• Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
• Juneteenth (June 19)
• Independence Day (July 4)
• Labor Day (First Monday in September)
• Veterans Day (November 11)
• Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November)
• Day After Thanksgiving (Fourth Friday in November)
• Christmas Eve (December 24)
• Christmas Day (December 25)

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel or shorten an assignment less than 25 hours before it is scheduled to begin, you will be charged for either the hours worked or the agency’s minimum required hours (whichever is greater), plus Off Duty Management administrative fees, for the first 24 hours of the originally scheduled assignment.
