Indoor Room Rentals

Anchorage Park possesses two rooms for rentals at the multi-purpose activity building. Amenities include:

  1. 16 card tables (for bridge)
  2. 20 tables
  3. 75 black folding chairs

Rental Fee

  • Minimum three hour rental.
  • Rates apply from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For rental fees outside of these hours, see our After-Hours Fees below.
  • Room A (North Palm Beach Residents): $26/hour
  • Room A (Non-Residents): $37/hour
  • Room B (North Palm Beach Residents): $37/hour
  • Room B (Non-Residents): $63/hour

After-Hours Fee: Applies Monday through Friday after 5:00 p.m. and All Day Saturday and Sunday

  • Non-Residents: $212/hour
  • In addition to the hourly fee, there is a required additional staff charge of $50/hour.

Gazebo Rental

Anchorage Park's large pavilion is available for rent. Smaller pavilions are on a first-come basis and cannot be reserved.

  • Minimum three hour rental.
  • $200 security deposit check.
  • North Palm Beach Residents: $25/hour, must provide proof of residency.
  • Non-Residents: $41/hour

To assure the gazebo is available for your party, you must obtain prior approval. Applications must be submitted two weeks prior to request date.

Hired outside vendors (such as bounce houses) are permitted so long as you provide a valid copy of the vendor Certificate of Insurance (COI). Hired outside vendors (such as bounce houses) are required to supply own generator.

All rental permits are processed with through the Recreation Department at Anchorage Park. Submit a completed application, required documentation (driver's license included), deposit and payment to confirm reservation.

Volleyball Courts

Two (2) of Anchorage Park's volleyball courts are available for rent (i.e., the north courts). Please see fees below for renting one or two volleyball courts. If no one is renting the courts, they are available first come first served. Lights come on at 6pm and turn off at 9pm.
