Mission

It is the mission of the Village Clerk to serve the Village Council and residents of North Palm Beach by ensuring transparency and accessibility to government processes, by recording and preserving official records and all proceedings of Village Council, and facilitating public access to information while upholding ethical standards and providing exceptional service to the public.


What We Do

  • Administer Village municipal elections
  • Prepare Council agendas and publish agenda backup
  • Attend Council meetings
  • Prepare and maintain Council meeting minutes
  • Execute and preserve ordinances, resolutions, agreements, contracts
  • Ensure codification of ordinances
  • Coordinate public records requests
  • Ensure public records retention and disposition
  • Provide support for Code Enforcement Special Magistrate hearings
  • Issue Certification of Village liens and assessments
  • Coordinate Village partnership with Support Our Troops USA, Inc
