1. Who can obtain a permit?

Only North Palm Beach residents can obtain a permit.

2. How much does a permit cost?

$64.20/year: October 1st - September 30th; the cost is reduced at the 1/2 year and 1/4 year marks.

3. What kind of documentation is required to receive a permit?

1. Driver's License
2. Towing Vehicle Registration matching driver's license;
3. Proof of NPB Residency; if not proved via DL/Reg, go to pbcgov.com/papa and bring in a print out of Property Appraiser's property detail showing ownership.

4. Can I still get a permit if I rent in North Palm Beach?

Yes, you can. Please provide the following:

1. Matching driver's license and towing vehicle registration;
2. Any utility bill in applicant's name at NPB address. 

5. What if I want to only launch a couple of times a year?

North Palm Beach residents can obtain a temporary launch permit. The fee is $10 per launch and temporary permits can be purchased in-person at our Anchorage Park activities building at 603 Anchorage Drive, North Palm Beach, FL 33408.

6. Can I purchase a permit online?

You can purchase a permit online. However, if you have never made an online purchase with North Palm Beach Recreation, the online portal will not work. Please visit our Anchorage office to set up a household account in-person so you may be able to make future online purchases.
