The Council agenda includes:
- Board and Committee Seat Fillings: Review applications to fill vacant Board and Committee seats with candidates aligning expertise and dedication with community needs.
- Tire Soles of Broward Purchase: Consider approving a blanket purchase order with Tire Soles of Broward in the amount of $50,000 for the purchase of tires for Village vehicles.
- Anchorage Park Resurfacing: Consider Ranger Construction's $44,291 proposal for milling and resurfacing Anchorage Park to improve recreational amenities.
- Ordinance on Remote Participation: Consider on 2nd reading an ordinance to prohibit remote participation in Village Advisory Board and Committee meetings by members.
- Automatic Expiration for Site Plan Approvals: Consider a request by Village Staff to amend Village Code to set an automatic expiration period for Site Plan and Appearance Approvals.
- Outdoor Seating at Crystal Cove Commons: Review proposals for outdoor seating areas, parking lot plan changes, and exterior color adjustments at Crystal Cove Commons.
- HVAC Automation/Integration System at Public Safety Building: Evaluate a sole source proposal from Wisch & Jackson for installing an HVAC Automation/Integration System at the Public Safety Building.
- Contract Changes for Pond Stabilization at Country Club Golf Course: Consider contract changes with Marsh Management Systems for pond stabilization work at the Country Club golf course.
- ADDED APRIL 25: Consider approving an Amendment to the Contract with Marsh Management Systems for pond stabilization work at the golf course to expand the scope of work and adjust the compensation by increasing the cost of the contract by $27,062.
- ADDED APRIL 25: Consider accepting a proposal from E-Z Go for a 9-month extension of the existing lease, and a new 36-month lease for 80 GPS-equipped golf carts, a utility hauler, a shuttle, and a beverage cart, at a cost of $840,325.
