On Tuesday, June 3, the Village Planning, Zoning and Adjustment Board (PZAB) will:
- Consider the reorganization of the Planning Zoning and Adjustment Board.
- Consider approval of a proposal to update the building at 910 U.S. Highway 1. The proposal includes installing new exterior materials on the north and south façades and repainting the east façade to match the colors of the west façade at Baer Furniture.
- Consider an amendment request for utility line location at 200 Yacht Club Drive. The proposed change clarifies that existing utility lines along the eastern alleyway will remain above ground. The original site plan included a note incorrectly indicating the lines would be buried, which would have affected power supply to adjacent homes. No other changes are proposed. The amendment does not alter building layouts or the site configuration. Village staff reviewed the amendment and recommends approval.
