On Tuesday, October 1, the Village Planning, Zoning and Adjustment Board (PZAB) will:
- Consider a request from Village staff to approve a monument sign face modification at La Bamba Restaurant on U.S. Highway 1.
- Consider a request by Village staff for approval of several proposed Code changes relating to signs and outdoor displays.
- Consider a request by Village staff for approval of proposed Code changes relating to the terms "marina/private mooring."
- Consider a staff request for Code changes to create a Tree Removal Permit process for private properties.
The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. in Village Hall. It is open to the public and will be streamed live at the "Watch Live" link below.
