On Tuesday, April 2, the Village Planning, Zoning and Adjustment Board (PZAB) will:
- Consider a request from Faith Lutheran Church at 555 US Highway 1 for Site Plan and Appearance Review approval to add two 35-foot light poles with 200-300 watt fixtures along Eastwind Drive.
- Consider a request for Site Plan and Appearance Review approval for a replacement of an existing monument sign face, modifications to a building wall sign, and directional signs for the property located at the Wells Fargo Bank, 500 U.S. Highway 1
- Consider a request the property owners for Site Plan and Appearance approval to change the exterior building color scheme at 775 Northlake Blvd.
- Consider a request for Minor Planned Unit Development Amendment approval to add four outside seating areas, amend the approved uses, amend the approved parking ratios, and permit a color change to the façade at Crystal Cove Commons, 1201 US Highway 1.
- Consider a request by Village Staff to amend Village Code and adopt new Section 6-61, “Expiration of Site Plan and Appearance Approval.”
