On Tuesday, Dec. 5, the Village Planning and Zoning Adjustment Board (PZAB) will:
- Two requests for sign changes at local businesses, a request for building modifications at a restaurant on Northlake Boulevard, and a staff request to re-adopt the single-family massing provisions that were originally adopted in 2022, but were nullified by changes in state law that have since been amended.
The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. in Village Hall. It is open to the public and will be streamed live at the "Watch Live" link below.
