On Tuesday, Nov. 14, the Village Planning Commission will:
- Consider approval of a Site Plan and Appearance Waiver to construct a mixed-use development with 147 multi-family dwelling units, and six waivers for the properties at southeast corner of Yacht Club and U.S. Highway 1 (200 Yacht Club Drive).
- Consider approval of an application by the property owner, La Bamba restaurant, for Site Plan and Appearance approval for a monument sign face change, and building color modification to the façade that faces the road at 730 U.S. Highway 1.
- Consider approval of an application by the Hampton House Condominium Association for Site Plan and Appearance and Waiver to change the exterior color scheme for the building located at 124 Shore Court.
