On Tuesday, July 11th, the Village Planning Commission will:
- Consider approving a request to expand the exterior elevator room at 628 Southwind Circle.
- Consider requests at Old Port Cove Condominium 1, to change the exterior building color scheme for the buildings located at 1200 and 1208 Marine Way.
- Consider approving a request by Marina View Condominium to install a white PVC fence in the side and rear yards of 118 Yacht Club Drive.
- Consider a request by Sandpiper Condominium to change the exterior building color of the building located at 120 Lehane Terrace.
The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. in Village Hall. It is open to the public and will be streamed live at the "Watch Live" link below.
