On Tuesday, February 14th, the Village Planning Commission will consider approval of an exemption to screening requirements for a trailer on Kittyhawk Way, and review proposed changes to the Village Comprehensive Plan affecting the C3 Regional Business District, which is the site of the former Twin Cities Mall.
