[ARCHIVED] Agenda preview for October 11 Planning Commission meeting

Here is a summary of the key issues the Village Planning Commission will discuss at their meeting on Tuesday, October 6th, at 6:30 p.m. in Village Hall:

  • [This item has been moved for consideration at a future meeting] Consider a request by the Village for approval of two new parking spaces at the Village Public Safety building.
  • Consider a request for approval of new paint colors at a commercial plaza at 420 U.S. Highway 1.
  • Consider a request for approval of changes including new awnings, paint color and other items at a car wash at 11370 U.S. Highway 1.
  • Consider recommending a zoning change to the Village Council on Single Family Zoning for regulations to second story size of single-family homes and Section 45-64, Nonconforming Structures. The Council will consider the issue at their Thursday meeting.
