[ARCHIVED] Agenda preview for Feb. 1 Planning Commission meeting

Here is a summary of the key issues the Village Planning Commission will discuss at their meeting on Tuesday, February 1st, at 6:30 p.m. in Village Hall:

  • Consider approval of plans from Village staff and consultants for the redesign of the dry storage yard in Anchorage Park.
  • Consider approval of an application by The Benjamin School for amendment to parking, paint colors and signage at 11011 U.S. Highway 1.
  • Consider an appeal of the administrative denial of a permit in the 900 block of Shore Drive for electrical work to provide increased power to dock pedestals. The Village Community Development Department denied the application in part because it violated a provision of code that prohibits the location of mechanical equipment in the front yard of residential properties.
