On Tuesday, November 12, the Village Planning, Zoning and Adjustment Board (PZAB) will:
- Consider requests from Faith Lutheran Church for Site Plan and Appearance Review approval to add two 35-foot light poles with 200-300 watt fixtures along Eastwind Drive to light their parking area behind the church, and to allow the existing fence and landscaping on the perimeter of the property.
- Consider a request by Village staff for approval of several proposed Code changes relating to signs and outdoor displays.
- Consider a staff request for Code changes to create a Tree Removal Permit process for private properties.
The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. in Village Hall. It is open to the public and will be streamed live at the "Watch Live" link below.
