On Tuesday, August 6, the Village Planning, Zoning and Adjustment Board (PZAB) will:
- Consider a request from Faith Lutheran Church for Site Plan and Appearance Review approval to add two 35-foot light poles with 200-300 watt fixtures along Eastwind Drive to light their parking area behind the church.
- Consider a request from Bank of America for a Site Plan and Appearance Review approval for rebranding of signage and a waiver for a larger monument sign at the property at 800 U.S. Highway 1.
- Consider a request from New Country Motor Cars of Palm Beach for a Minor Site Plan Amendment and Appearance Review to modify the building elevation by increasing the height of a portion of the building to 31 feet. The intent is to add 2,348 square feet of mezzanine parts storage area at 9249 Alternative A1A.
- Consider a request by Village staff for approval of several proposed Code changes relating to signs and outdoor displays.
- Consider a request by Village staff for approval of proposed Code changes relating to the terms "marina/private mooring."
