On Tuesday, August 8, the Village Planning, Zoning and Adjustment Board (PZAB) will:
- Consider a request for approval of architectural and outdoor seating plan changes at Matteo's restaurant in Crystal Cove Commons.
- Consider approval of a Village staff request for sign code changes to address new case law related to signage and to make rules more customer service oriented.
- Consider accepting numerous revisions to the Village Comprehensive Plan, in accordance with Florida law that requires a review of the plan every seven years. The goal is to better align the Compressive Plan with community objectives, adapt to changing conditions and trends affecting the community, and comply with changes in state requirements.
The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. in Village Hall. It is open to the public and will be streamed live at the "Watch Live" link below.
