On Tuesday, Dec. 14, the Village Planning and Zoning adjustment Board (PZAB) will:
- Consider approval of an application by the property owner, La Bamba restaurant, for Site Plan and Appearance approval for a monument sign face change, and building color modification to the façade that faces the road at 730 U.S. Highway 1.
- Consider approval of an application by the ABCDE Animal Clinic for Site Plan and Appearance and Waiver to change the building wall sign for the building located at 613 Northlake Blvd.
The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. in Village Hall. It is open to the public and will be streamed live at the "Watch Live" link below.
