On Tuesday, June 6th, the Village Planning Commission will:
- Consider an application for paint color and sign face changes in the 2500 block of Northlake Boulevard.
- Consider and application to change an existing monument sign face in the 700 block of Northlake Boulevard.
- Consider an application for approval of two modular buildings for additional classroom space at St. Claire school on Prosperity Farms Road.
- Consider proposed zoning text changes relating to setback requirements in the Commercial Mixed-Use District along U.S. Highway 1. Staff is recommending the setback changes to address unforeseen and unintended consequences of recent changes to state law.
The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. in Village Hall. It is open to the public and will be streamed live at the "Watch Live" link below.
