Park Avenue closed at RR tracks, Northlake Blvd closing June 14

Brightline Trains is doing construction work on railroad tracks in and near North Palm Beach and related detours may affect commutes of Village residents. Currently, Park Avenue in Lake Park is closed at the railroad tracks in both directions at Old Dixie Highway through June 11th, and Northlake Boulevard will be closed in both directions at the tracks from June 14th through July 2nd. 

Detour information for both projects provided by Brightline is below. Please use caution when driving in the area and plan commutes accordingly. Traffic delays can be expected.

Park Avenue

Full road closure, 6 a.m., Tuesday, June 1 to 6 p.m., Friday, June 11.

Detour Information:
Eastbound traffic will be directed to travel South on Old Dixie Hwy, East on Silver Beach Rd, and North on 10th St until returning to Park Ave. Westbound Traffic will be directed to travel South on 10th St, West on Silver Beach Rd, and back North on Old Dixie Hwy.

Northlake Boulevard

Full road closure, 6 a.m., Monday, June 14 to 6 p.m., Friday, July 2.

Detour Information:
Eastbound traffic will be directed to travel South on Congress Ave, East on Blue Heron Blvd, and back North on US-1. Westbound Traffic will be directed to travel South on US-1, West on Blue Heron Blvd, and back North on Congress Ave
