Audiovisual Materials Policy
Audiovisual Materials including DVDs and audiobook CDs are available to patrons holding a library card in good standing. Patron must present Library Card when taking out these materials.

 
Circulation Desk Policies
At the Circulation Desk library materials are checked out and returned, library cards are issued, and staff will answer general inquiries.
 
Computer Acceptable Use Policy
The Library provides access to the internet. While it offers access to a wealth of materials that is enriching to people of all ages, it also enables access to some materials that may be disturbing, offensive, and/or illegal.
 
Kids & the Library Policy 
North Palm Beach Library is concerned about the safety of children who visit the library. Parents/caregivers need to know that our libraries are public buildings that are open to all. Library staff cannot be responsible for the care and safety of children.
 
Meeting Room Policy
The Thelma A. Obert Meeting room is primarily for the use of the library or library related groups (Friends of the Library, TreeSearchers Genealogy Group). When not required for library use, it may be available for use by the community.
 
Patron Code of Conduct Policy
Library users are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not violate the rights of others, and does not result in damage to library property.
 
Privacy Statement
Your privacy is very important to us. Our policy is to collect no personal information about you when you visit the North Palm Beach Public Library web site, unless you affirmatively choose to make such information available to us.
