Plans have been finalized and staff is working with contractor for proposals. It is likely once a contractor is selected it will be late August early September.

Engineer is finalizing plans for this intersection that will include mill/resurface, crosswalks and new sidewalks. Once staff has plans we will send out to bid for construction.

Engineer is preparing plans for asphalt milling and replacement of this intersection. Should have engineered plans within two weeks to go for bidding.

Engineer has finished with surveying. Our Sub Engineer Terracon will be taking core samples in this area week of May 10.

Staff has approved the work to commence on surveying and sample boring to see how to best regrade this intersection.
UPDATE: 04/26/2021 - Construction to begin May 2021 and be complete by June 2021
The Village is in the beginning stages of milling and resurfacing the intersection of Lighthouse Drive and Anchorage Drive. Survey crews will be out around the second week of May 2021. Once engineering is complete the construction will take approximately one week to perform.
Village Administration will be meeting to discuss logistics as this is a prominent intersection in the Village with many traffic related concerns.
