Second and Final Public Hearing

on Millage and Budget

The Village Council will take final action to establish and adopt an ad valorem tax millage rate and adopt a budget for the fiscal year commencing 10/1/18 and ending 9/30/19 at a Public Hearing on Monday, October 1, 2018 at 7:00 pm.
Please take notice and be advised that the public hearing previously announced for
September 27th has been changed to October 1st at 7:00 pm.

Members of the public are invited to appear at the public hearings and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinances.

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Village Council with respect to any matter considered at the Village Council meeting, he or she will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (F.S. 286.0105).

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person who may require special accommodation to participate in this meeting should contact the Village Clerk’s office at 841-3355 at least 72 hours prior to the meeting date.
