Mission
The Village Clerk records and preserves all proceedings of the Village Council.

What We Do
  • Administer Village municipal elections
  • Prepare Council agendas and publish agenda backup
  • Attend Council meetings
  • Prepare and maintain Council meeting minutes
  • Execute and preserve ordinances, resolutions, agreements, contracts
  • Ensure codification of ordinances
  • Coordinate public records requests
  • Ensure public records retention and disposition
  • Provide support for Code Enforcement Special Magistrate hearings
  • Issue Certification of Village liens and assessments
  • Coordinate Village partnership with Support Our Troops USA, Inc
